Returns Policy

At Vihana Designerrs Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with utmost care and dedication. However, returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was originally ordered (including incorrect size).

To be eligible for a return or exchange, requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. A valid proof of purchase or Order ID is mandatory.

Customers are required to provide a 360° unboxing video as proof. The video must clearly show the package label, the full unboxing process in one continuous recording, and the issue with the product. Requests without valid video proof will not be accepted.

Returns or exchanges are not applicable for customized or altered garments, sale or clearance items, accessories, or innerwear due to hygiene reasons.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approval status will be communicated. Upon approval, exchanges will be processed within 7 to 15 working days. If the requested product is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product of equal value or opt for store credit for future purchases.

Please note that we do not offer cash or bank refunds. All eligible refunds will be issued as store credit, processed within 12 working days.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. In exceptional approved cases, return shipping and customs charges must be borne by the customer.

Shipping

We ship across India and to selected international locations. Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability and delivery location.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error from our end (damaged, defective, or incorrect item received).

During festive seasons and special sale events, all purchases are considered final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
